Can i let my holiday home?
Yes, absolutely! If your holiday home is well maintained, has double glazing, central heating, and of a modern appearance inside and out we will be happy to let it on your behalf.
How do i know when my holiday home has been booked?
You can log in to your owners portal and check your calendars, you can opt to receive our email services, where we will contact you when a booking has been received. or you can contact our lettings team by phone or email and we can keep you updated.
What's included in the management services?
Everything is included. We take care of every detail to ensure your property is presented and managed to the highest standard. Our team will visit to capture professional photos and create bespoke marketing content designed to showcase your property at its full potential. We handle all advertising, guest communications, cleaning, maintenance, and laundry services, so you can relax knowing everything is taken care of seamlessly.
What are the joining fees?
There are no joining fee's, just simply complete our online application form and will take care of the rest!
How many weeks can i let it for?
You can let your holiday home out for as long as you'd like, we open up our booking calendars for up to a year in advance. Our minimum is 12 weeks of the peak season including school holidays.
How will my holiday home be graded?
This depends on several factors including age, size, make, model. A visual inspection is also part of our grading process. If you allow your own pets to stay, then we are obliged to let your holiday home as pet friendly and will receive any extra revenue for the pet charge.
