Cancellation Policy
All new holiday homes booking in with us for changeover cleaning services are required to undergo a full deep clean, and carpet clean if necessary, prior to the commencement of regular changeover cleans. This ensures that any issues or oversights from previous cleaning arrangements are addressed and that the property meets our high standards from the outset, allowing for a smoother and more efficient changeover process going forward. Bedding & Linens - Each holiday home must be equipped with a minimum of two full sets of bedding per bed, including sofa beds. - Mattress protectors are required on all beds to prevent staining and maintain hygiene standards. - For tea towels, hand towels, bath mats, and similar items, a minimum of four of each is required to allow for proper rotation between changeovers. Supplies & Equipment - All cleaning products are supplied by our team. - Clients with allergies or sensitivities must notify us in advance and provide their own vacuum and mop for hygiene reasons. - Vacuums must be fully charged and in good working conditions before each clean, mops should be replaced regularly - our team will advise when replacements are required. Customer responsibilities - Clients are responsible for general property maintenance, conducting inventory checks, and addressing any damages between guest stays, unless the property is covered under our full management services. Scheduling Appointments - Appointments are scheduled at least 48 hours' in advance and are confirmed either via email, text, call or our booking system. - Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any re scheduling cancellations. - Late cancellations (less than 24hours) or no shows will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled cleaning costs. - Our cleaning teams aim to arrive on time, but please allow a 30 minute arrival window for traffic or unforeseen delays. - If your regular cleaner is unavailable ( due to sickness, holidays, etc) , we will allocate another cleaner where possible. Time slots : Check-out time: 10.00AM Check-in time: 3.00PM Priority cleans: If a clean must be completed before 3.00PM (e.g, early check-in), an additional £15 priority fee will apply. Weekend cleans: Standard working days are Monday to Friday, Weekend cleans (Saturday or Sunday) incur an additional £15fee per clean.
